Today after work, I listened to that voice that says be kind to my body and get some sunshine.
Best way to do that?
Easy. We live in a city down by the river (please tell me you heard that in a Chris Farley voice) with a lovely Riverwalk along its banks. It was sunny, low 60's and absolutely gorgeous.

Listening to that voice was one of the best things I did all day.
