Lame. Lame, lame, lame, lame, lame.

That is the only word I can think of to describe my last post.

Faithful readers, I am sorry. Yes, my dogs are cute. And yes, Jake likes to eat. But really?

Yeah. Lame. And if you actually watched that video of Jake, I'm sorry I stole those twenty-one seconds of your life that you'll never get back. Kind of like when I watch "A Woman Scorned: The Betty Broderick Story" on Lifetime and realize that is three hours of my life I will never get back.

But at least I got to watch Meredith Baxter drive a Suburban through the front of her house. Perhaps I should have posted that clip instead...

On to more exciting news. I am writing this post on my BRAND NEW LAPTOP!!!




It's pretty and shiny and fast and QUIET. The laptop that I've been using for the last two years, Jason graciously handed down to me when he got his Mac. But it's large and heavy and slow and LOUD. As in when I was in NC and sitting on the Yama's couch using it, Naoshi asked in all earnestness, "What's that noise? Is there a plane flying over?" People, it was the freakishly loud fan on my laptop. Uh huh.

So, on to smaller and shinier things. It needs a name though. Yes, I name my inanimate expensive electronic items. After all, my iPod is named Mabel Lee.
