Sunday Night Cell Phone Dump

My most involved sewing project to date. I think I want to try this next and spiff up our oh so drab living room.

There's at least one of these in my cell phone every week.

This recipe for Taco Soup will be a fall/winter staple in the Petree house.

I broke Debo Yama's fashion rule.

I will forever be grateful to Abby for snagging these puppies for me.

After I took this pic, I had eight trays of Pioneer Woman's Cinnamon Rolls in my freezer. We're down to five, just that quickly.

I swear that if they had this in adult sizes I would be headed back to Cracker Barrel this very moment.

Jason dove into the world of PW and made her Potato Leek Pizza topped with GOAT CHEESE. I don't think it's possible to over sell the wonder that is GOAT CHEESE.

Ummmmm, well. All righty then.

Morning glory.

Oh, please read the top of this math homework sheet. I can't make this stuff up.

My mom, an accomplished seamstress, had a pair of these when we were growing up, although not this cute. We were under penalty of severe punishment if we even breathed on them. These are going on my Christmas list.

This sight sent me back to being eight years old and being stuck in a fabric store.

Best school picture EVER.

  1. love, love, love these pix. i, too, would gaze longingly at Jam's pinking sheers and GINORMOUS sewing scissors and wish that they were mine to hole up with and do crafts. I hope Jas gets you the sheers for Christmas. I also logged in time at the sewing store...the pattern section would give me a headache...i'm not sure this is a good memory? The CH sewing store was formerly housed in the current Bailey's Sports Bar building. I will remember it's name... xxx

    ps...loved the saxon homework.

  2. i love this post! i want to be that kid's mama! he is adorable! :)
