At the end of a not-really-bad-but-just-kind-of-off-in-a-weird-way work day, it was really good to come home and give in to my craving to create as much autumn goodness as possible.
October Photo a Day, 10 - Watching the emotion of "You've Got Mail" while I made Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes.
All ready for cream cheese icing and drizzled caramel ...
The mantle I've been dreaming of for over a year.
Candles everywhere are making everything cozy and happy for me these days.
Bliss.
"Don't you love New York in the Fall? It makes me want to buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly sharpened pencils if I knew your name."
ReplyDeleteTraci, That might be my favorite quote in the movie. I loved buying school supplies and am still tempted. Can't think of a sweeter bouquet!
DeleteYour mantle is so cute and ALL your decorating. You done good! How were the muffins? You know how I love pumpkin.. send me the recipe, please.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marmee! I'm so thankful I inherited your artistic, crafty genes. And the cupcake recipe turned out to be HORRIBLE. You don't want it, trust me :(
DeleteWere those cupcakes as scrumptious as they look?
ReplyDeleteNo, it turned out to be a horrible recipe and I had to throw them all away :(
DeleteNU- UHHHHHHH! All that work and no yummy treat?!? That's tragic. Hopefully a trip to Chattanooga Cupcakes is in the works or already happened then.
